Founding Story
We are two old friends with similar interests...food, party, sauna. Maybe not in that order. After years of talking about ideas for a business we could start together, but never being all in on any of them, one day early in 2025 we were mulling this over in a sauna. We both had the same thought at the same time; it was bleedin' obvious - OPEN A SAUNA!!
With the naivety of anyone that has never started a business, we thought "how hard can it be?"
Oh dear.
We definitely would have done some things differently if we had known what we were getting ourselves in to, but here we are. Many old and new friends have helped us get here (shout out to Sim, Joe, Radek, Charlotte and Nick, Harry and Alice, Sam.) Now we are so excited to see where this takes us and who else we will meet along the way.
Our Mission
Our mission can be summed up in three words: sweat, reset, connect.
We will focus on providing the best sweat possible, with the accompanying myriad health benefits. Pause to breathe through the noise of our beautiful city, and the ice baths. Meet friends and strangers at our social saunas set to music on Friday and Saturday evenings, and at special events.

Gidd’s roots lie in Nigeria and UK, but with a decent dash of Finland added to the mix. “Doctor Giddy” brings with her a wealth of clinical and social science expertise. But don’t let that fool you into thinking she is some dull academic; there is mischief aplenty in this one.
Hui
Co-Founder
Hui is of Chinese-Malaysian heritage but lived in London most of her life. Hui has been to saunas all over Asia and Europe and would live in one if she could! Hui is particularly adept at connecting with amazing people at festivals and actually keeping in touch.
